Contract and Policies

There are three documents which govern policies and rules in the Department of Housing:

• Housing Contract which is binding between the resident and the Department
• Technically Speaking, the Department of Housing Community and Services Guide which addresses policies for group living situations and actual building facility/maintenance and custodial procedures.
• Student Code of Conduct, Tech's rules for all students.
• Bicycle Policies
