Brick Replacement - Complete
Schedule Update:
The brick installation project will be completed within the next two weeks, with an anticipated completion date of May 25th. Remaining activities include removal of the final mast climbers and traditional scaffolding, general clean-up and final punch list work, painting of the freeway barrier wall, and re-installation of the two large banner signs on the building face.
Activities Completed:
- Demolition of existing brick
- Demolition of existing steel shelf angles (lintels)
- Repair of building protection board
- Initial waterproofing of building protection board
- Installation of Masonry Shelf Angles (lintels)
- Waterproofing and Flashing
- Window Protection Removal
- Signs Removed
- Mast Climber 1, 4, 5, 6 and 9 have been Removed
- Inset Scaffolding Substantially Removed
- Steel Supports for Building Signs Installed
- Masonry Installation
- Sealant Installation
- Roofing Repairs
