New Police Office in Parking Garage - Complete

In the space previously occupied by Parking, in the North Deck, a new and more visible office will be constructed for the Georgia Tech Police. It is believed that this will greatly enhance security, both at the North Avenue Apartments and the surrounding neighborhood. Some modifications will be made to the exterior of the North Deck during construction. Construction noise and impact to the number of parking spaces will be minimal.

The Police Precinct is complete and is in use by the GT Police. A yellow canvas awning to be installed at the exterior entry door is the only item remaining to be completed.
