Exterior Window Repairs and Sealant Work - Complete Work Locations and Schedule (updated July 1, 2009) Description: All of the exterior sealant joints on the building, including joints at the window perimeter will be resealed with new caulking. This will ensure a water-tight condition and minimize leaks or drafts. Other minor repairs to the window sills, stools, and window heads will also be completed. Crews will be suspended from swing stage scaffolding, hung off of the new davit system. Crews will also be working from man-baskets and man-lifts. The time that a crew will be outside of a window working is likely to be no longer than 1 hour per window. Students will receive 72 hours notification before work begins outside of their windows. Students should close their blinds at their discretion when work is ongoing outside of their window. Communications: Questions: If you have questions, please contact your Hall Director
