The Women, Science, and Technology Learning Community sponsored by the Center for the Study of Women, Science, and Technology and the Department of Housing is located in the Stein and Goldin Houses. The community offers residents a wonderful chance to live and bond with other female students at Georgia Tech. There are also many opportunities for students to interact with faculty members, including research partnerships. The overall experience is designed to enhance the academic and professional development of residents.
The WST programs presented to the community address personal and professional issues for women students entering scientific and technological fields; for more specific information on WST, see www.wst.gatech.edu. Female undergraduates from any major interested are eligible to apply in spring for housing in the Women, Science, and Technology Learning Community.
