Returning Staff Selection Process

The Process & How to Apply

Apply from November 26, 2007 - December 7, 2007 online.

You may apply for more than one position: Peer Leader, Community Advisor, Community Manager, Resident Manager.

Based on your qualifications and all performance evaluations on file, the HDs will decide who is eligible for an interview for the respective positions available. In other words, not everyone who applies for a position will receive an interview.

You will then be notified by e-mail by December 19, 2007 regarding your status in the process. Interviews will be conducted on January 6, 2008 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM as a part of Spring Housing Training. Some interviews may be scheduled for later in January on an individual basis by HD. Please contact Staff Selection if you are not contacted, have questions, or are unavailable for these times.

Transfer Offers will be made to PLs, CAs, CMs, and RMs on February 21, 2008.
