Buzzing Under the Big Top: Homecoming 2009

It was Homecoming 2009 and the Freshman Experience Residence Halls had geared up for some fierce competition in several different Homecoming events. Residents and staff members alike rallied and participated in the 1st Annual Homecoming Carnival, Powder-puff Football, the Clown Relay, Chalking on Skiles Walkway, Spirit Displays, the infamous Mini 500, Squirt One Squirt All, and many more activities during this year's homecoming festivities. "I have enjoyed seeing the excitement and energy come out of the students during Homecoming week. They really got involved in all there was to offer," stated Taryrn Njagu, Hall Director for Matheson, Perry and Hanson Halls. [ read more ]
